Dr.ISHII Clinic was established in 1973 as Japan's first cosmetic dermatology and medical aesthetics clinic.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the clinic successfully developed the world's first rice fermentation extract, “FISHII,” through microbial symbiosis, and launched it as part of the “Dr.ISHII Standard Line”. The collaboration between Yotaro Sasaki, a renowned rice farmer, brewer, and fermented food chef, and Dr. Ishii Clinic has brought to fruition a shared mission centered on rice fermentation.
1973年、日本初の美容皮膚科・メディカルエステティックとして開設されたドクター石井クリニック。 創設50年を迎え、世界初の微生物共生によるコメ発酵液「エフイシイ」の開発に成功し、 「石井クリニック美容研究所 スタンダードライン」としてリリース。 米農家であり醸造家、発酵食の料理人として注目を浴びる佐々木要太郎氏の米発酵へのアプローチと 石井クリニックのミッションが結実した。
